I was looking forward to a nice dinner. Traveled from Winter Haven to Bartow. The server had to many tables first of all. It was over 45 minutes before she brought out my drink(bitter tea). The drink was watered down. I ordered the bourbon salmon with pilaf rice and zucchini. It was regular rice stuck together and the zucchini wasn't even cooked.(cold) She replaced it with two more sides but that was no better. The salad bar was not full at all. Two guys adding things on it and it was still empty. The server advised me that the manager would come over and talk to me. He passed by me numerous times and didn't even make eye contact with me. In fact he dropped his head when he came towards me. I spent $40 for a meal that was disgusting. I have never experienced this here. I never complain but I felt like I needed to write a review. I should not have been charged anything for such awful food.
