点评：I was in the mood for their Gumbo. I saw it on their online menu, and as I was staying at the hotel nearby, I decided to take a walk over and try it out. It was amazing. Sadly, I didn't have an appetite for anything else, but the choices on the menu did look good.
My biggest mistake was when I paid the bill. I wanted to break a $50. I placed it on top of the bill and the waitress took both and returned the change - or what I thought was the change. She gave me the entire $50 back in small bills. I had thought she had taken the bill amount out, so I placed a tip on the table and left. Shortly after I was chased down the street by another member of the staff who told me I hadn't paid the full bill. How embarrassing. I'm the last person to sneak out without paying. I felt terrible.
I find it puzzling that if the wait staff takes the bill with them, they don't subtract the amount owed. If they're just simply going to change the 50, then leave the bill on the table. Grotto Pizza did that a few days later. I left the 50 with the bill and expected them to give me the back full $50, but they did keep the amount on the bill.
