点评：Would love to give five stars but food service is inconsistent. When it's good it's lovely. But breakfast is essential cooking and needs to be perfect. Bacon is pre-cooked and can come out barely warm. Shortcuts like that detract from the experience.
Wait staff is ok. Competent and NEVER exceptional. The vibe is very old school Sussex County, ie not warm and too laidback. You get used to it here until you go to the midwest or south and are reminded of how welcoming people can be.
Coffee is American only and passable. With a menu like theirs and no espresso or even exceptional American joe offered, it puts Egg in the Diner category for me. I love Diners and without real coffee Egg can never be a cafe even with mostly relatively sophisticated dishes. Definitely not Diner prices though. A couple of tweaks and Egg gets 5 stars easily. But they seem happy with their current level of success so good on them. I go for brunch a few times a year if I'm already caffeinated.
