I understand mistakes happen, but expected a more apologetic response rather than to be treated as though I was making it up and had to justify myself even after presenting the clearly spoiled fish back in person. We were disappointed that the management argued and gave the bare minimum refund - nothing to make up for the lost meal, trouble taken to return to the restaurant (required to return for refund), etc. Apology consisted of “I’m sorry you didn’t like how it tasted. I’m sorry you feel that way,” yet continued to argue that this was how the fish was supposed to be. Raw tuna is not brown, and does not make you gag when you eat it. We have been customers for well over 15 years and always support local (NEVER write a bad review), but we won’t be back for awhile. I didn’t appreciate tonight’s experience.
