点评：My husband and I went to Pie last night for dinner. Initially it appeared it would be a disastrous dinner. We were met by a gentleman after waiting about 10 minutes with 3 other folks. He explained they have only 2 servers , he is not even supposed to be working and he can seat us but it could be 15 minutes to a half hour before we even have a server. We decided to give it a try and see how long it would be Fortunately for us our server was Elena and what a hard working angel. She took our order after we waited about 10 minutes, brought us drinks and made it a very nice dinner. The pizza (shrimp and Beef and Blue) was good as well as the cobb salad. While we were eating I noticed Elena working so hard dealing with take out orders, serving, cleaning tables and seating people. Management/owners - shame on you. If you advertise a 15% special then you should insure you have help even if you need to do it yourself. I would only come back to see Elena assuming she is not totally burned out and leaves.
