Harvest Tide Bethany Beach的点评
点评：Not a great experience. Service was horrible. So, this had an opportunity to be great; while waiting for our reservation at Blue Crab in Bethany Beach, we were walking around and ran into Harvest Tide. The menu looked interesting, had never dined there, so we went in. We didn't have a reservation, but they could seat us right away at a high-top bar table. Called Blue Crab & cancelled the reservation there, sat at very comfortable high-top table in the bar overlooking Bethany Beach Market area....nice. Big mistake! Found out bartender, Mike, was to wait on us, but this was a Friday night and he was alone and swamped. We sat for 20 minutes with nothing, went to talk to the manager about getting someone from the wait staff to assist us - they were standing around all over doing nothing - and we were brushed off...she said, “Mike should be able to get to you in a moment.” After 40 minutes, Mike yelled from the bar to see what drinks we wanted...we shouted back. 20 minutes later had drinks...worst Crush I've ever had, I swear it had tequila in it? 10 minutes after that Mike finally came and took our order... 20 mins later food came out. All the food was great..Wagyu burger was killer. But no one came to check on us, no drink refills, no water refills...nada. Manager never stopped by, etc. And again, Mike was swamped and servers standing around. Overall, this had the potential to be great. Felt like staff could care less if we were there or not. Fell flat on their face. Will not recommend or go back.
