点评:The owner of Wang's Kitchen is especially nice, so we cannot fault him. However, the food at the restaurant is okay but nothing to write home about it. They use lots of cheap veggies in their dishes -- onions and green cabbage -- instead of traditional veggies like green peppers, snow peas, chinese mushrooms and carrots. In fact, I can't recall the last time I found carrot in anything I ordered from Wang's but our orders fall in a small group of dinners. For "Beef and Pepper Steak" you're lucky to get 5 small pieces of green pepper in a combo dinner. Most of the vegetable is onions. If I wanted "Beef and Onions," I'd ask for it. With just onions, it misses the flavor of the peppers.
Their egg rolls are greasy and often overcooked. Even the wax bags they stash them with your order are greasy. The wrap is so tough sometimes, it's hard to cut it with a serrated knife. There have even been times you can't chew it.
I'll end my review here. It's not as positive as it could be since the egg rolls could be a lot better, never mind the main dishes.
