Human feces on sheets and terrible customer service

点评：This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I found human feces on the sheets of the bed I was sleeping in. I went to let the manager know when I was checking out but not a single person. Was available at 930 when I checked out. I called the phone number and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he doesn't get in till 1030 but he would call me back. I called back at 1230 looking to see if he was in as I had not gotten a call back. I was again told the he had not made it in yet but was aware of the situation and would call me. I called back again at 630 as I had still not gotten a call. The male on the other end said he didn't show up today but he and everyone else was aware of the situation. When I insisted that I needed a call back from the manager that evening I was hung up on. If I could rate my stay with negative stars I would. The cleanliness alone of the room but then add the lack of customer service and rudeness I would stay as far away from this play as possible.
