点评：What used to be our favorite Italian restaurant in the area, no longer provides a dining experience to match the price tag. We dined at Pasta Nostra (FKA Bruculino) last weekend and the evening was full of WTF's, for which one can't even begin to offer an explanation. It started with forgetting an entree and then delivering it when everyone else was finished (they didn't even offer to comp a soda in lieu of one person eating by themself). We were charged $40 for bread and olive oil, which I believe is complimentary at most restaurants. And the kicker was we were charged $80.00 because we brought in a birthday cake (as an aside, our friend has gluten and dairy allergies, so we couldn't order any desserts from the menu). When we received the bill, we asked to speak with the owner (Joe Bruno) who was dining two tables away, and he had zero interest in helping to remedy the situation. After all the mishaps, we left feeling like we were gouged in every possible way. Cleary the restaurant is struggling and unfortunately changing the name won't compensate for this type of dining experience.
