点评：Don't expect any type of customer service from these people at all. Over the weekend we ordered a four pack that included 3 if the frosted animal cookies through the app for delivery. When they arrived none of them were complete. Since that's an integral party of the cookie I called to complain and was initially told they had ran out of the cookie topper. I told them that if that were the case, they should have called the customer and told them and zi would have cancelled the order. The employee Joanne, put me on hold to contact the manager and after their talk she informed me that I could drive to the location and get the topper, which she previously told me they had run out of. Since this was a delivery and it was Crumbles mistake, I told her there was no way I was driving to them for their mistake and found it funny that she had told me that they had run out just a few minutes earlier. She told me they would not refund my money even though they had messed up the order. I emailed the manager and still haven't received a call back. Customer service is abysmal and I'll never buy another things from this company.
