Was in PE for 2 night on business from Cape Town and this was the worst possible restaurant experience. Best spot right on the beach which makes it so sad as it could be great. This restaurant is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. All the meals served were really bad quality. Chips were old and re-heated and when sent back it was just fried again. Inedible sauces that contained lumps of uncooked flour. All fried items tasted of seafood. Dreary limp salad and over-ripe tomatoes....., the list goes on.
The service staff was disinterested and could not care less. Our waitress, Kwezi was very irritated when approached inside to ask for the bill as I clearly interrupted her whilst eating her burger.
No apology or hint of an attempt to resolve the issues at our table and no manager in sight.
The next night we had dinner at CHARLIES PIZZA & PASTA in Summerstrand and this was fantastic! Rather spend your money there.
