点评：Sorry, but we were disappointed. The place was very noisy (not the restaurants fault for being an “in” place to go but hard to have a conversation). My friend started with the calamari and liked the sauce it came with - I thought the calamari itself was a little “mushy”. He got the chicken which was okay and I got the short ribs which had no ribs - believe it may have been chuck - it was on the dry side. He ordered strawberry cheesecake which was on the small side and on a strawberry sauce so he was disappointed that there were no strawberries on top. Service was very good considering how busy it was however our main entree came out too quickly and felt as though we were getting the “bums rush”. My friend left a $100 bill for his dinner including a glass of wine - when he got home he thinks an 18% tip was included but I think he was just charged extra for something. My bill with an Old Fashion was $47 with the tax. We won’t be back.
Just a side comment - the steak was $52 and I don’t know why restaurants are charging between $48-$52 for steak. Water Street Cafe in Stonington (an upscale restaurant) still charges $27 or $28 for a good Steak Frites.
