点评：Passing through, staying one night in New Milford - tired from a long day’s drive. We just wanted a beer and casual dinner. Found O’Connor’s Pub online, and it was a 5-minute stroll from our bed and breakfast.
Went in, place was very busy, seemed as if everyone knew each other. There was one young lady (Andrea) behind the bar, seemed to be doing everything herself. I asked if there was food available and she replied “Sure! Where are you sitting? I’ll be over in a minute.” Given the crowd I wasn’t optimistic.
Lo and behold she showed up shortly and took our drink orders. She was back in 2 minutes with drinks and answered a few questions about the menu, then took our dinner order. Shortly after that, she came back with our food.
The entire time we were there she handled the bar and table service by herself herself, efficiently, cheerfully and quickly. Andrea was an outstanding bartender - very congenial and welcoming to a couple of tired, hungry and thirsty travelers.
Highly recommended!
