Melting Pot - New Haven的点评
点评：We chose to visit The Melting Pot in New Haven on its grand opening night and have been anxious for it to open for several months. The new location is fantastic with an expansive modern dining room in the Ninth Square neighborhood in downtown New Haven. They offered free valet parking which was great! So many choices of cheese fondues and 'Entree" fondues--instead of picking and choosing, we opted for the 4-course experience--As there were five of us, we could select 3 cheese fondues (the traditional Alpine was my favorite), a salad course (which we really didnt need), for our entree we chose three broths: The Bouillon, The Mojo and the Con Au Vin (my favorite) and we each got to choose from different selections of proteins--I chose the Classic and this was a large amount!! Finally we chose three chocolate fondues--The turtle, The S'mores and the Dark and Dolce (my favorite) which all came with a selection of fruits and cakes for dipping. THIS WAS A LOT OF FOOD! We all finished happily filled. The service, by Nick, was fantastic. Now this is not inexpensive. We paid basically $70.00 per person for the 4-course experience, but the fun of fondue and the delicious bites made this a perfect place to celebrate.
