Mix Rooftop Restaurant & Bar的点评
点评：My husband and I visited Mystic, Connecticut two days ago and decided to go to Mix Rooftop Bar At Sift for dinner at the end of our lovely visit.
The food and service was OUTSTANDING!
Let's start with our server Isabel. She was kind, attentive without hovering and informative. She was able to make a substitute for a drink that I asked for that was delicious! My husband had the Side Piece and loved it!
For dinner my husband had the black grouper with white beans and chorizo and I had the whole branzino with cauliflower and broccoli. Both were excellent and the presentation was just beautiful!
Both fish dishes were perfectly cooked and the blend of flavors and spices was just extraordinary! Compliments to Chef Kinsler Josaime and his team!
The selection of bread for the table I'm sure came from the bakery right downstairs, and you had a choice of four different types and they were all divine!
Desert was truly a joy! We ordered the Panna Cotta with coconut. Well, not only was the panna cotta and coconut extremely delicious, so was the accompanying pound cake, mango sorbet and sheath of chocolate that graced the dish. It was beautiful to behold and so very delicious to share.
Again, compliments to the Chef!
It was truly fine dining in a relaxed but upscale setting!
I feel that dining out can be hit or miss, even with places that have great reviews. I think we all hate having to pay for a meal that was just ok, that you could make better at home.
This was just an all around superb meal from "soup to nuts" as they say!
We will be back again soon and have already told several friends about this gem!
