点评：Party of 5, 4 meals of variety arrived within 30minutes, 5th meal arrive 20 minutes later after prompting cold and discolored resembling an undercooked microwaved meal. Meal was returned described as cold. 1 hr had passed 1.4hrs since ordered still no meal had arrived all family members had finished meals. Went to counter requesting update. So farcical was response you have ordered most complicated item on menu. My goodness! A simple chicken and mash dish. Paprika chicken. They offered a refund as they hadn’t recooked dish explaining they are very busy 1.4hrs later my goodness had their microwave wave prepared dishes broken down. Do they think customers are stupid recognizing precooked reheated meals.
Must say all meals that are freshly cooked are of a good standard. Standard certainly dropped mash sweet potato was refrigerated cold paprika colored chicken was black and dry. What color is paprika red and vibrant. Sadly my family member had to get a refund for your unacceptable unexpected behavior and delivery of a fee for service at a premium price.
