点评：The staff at the Bohemian, Pizza and taco restaurant are absolutely lovely. The food is delicious. We were there two nights in a row after a grueling eight hour shift at an event that we were vendors at. The first night we had the BoHo dip which was a delicious feta dip with roasted pumpkin seeds and red pepper flakes with crispy pity chips (all in house made & super fresh tasting) as our appetizer then I had their Mac & Cheese, which is absolutely delicious and is studied with bacon and scallions as well as a very smooth and creamy cheese sauce. The hubby ate the loaded fries because he couldn’t resist as his meal. The next day we split the dip again and tried one of their delicious pizzas the Pollo Loco. The pizza is an olive oil based on a whole wheat crust with cheese, roasted pinons deliciously seasoned pulled chicken breast, lettuce, and finished with a sour cream, lime crema. It was out of this world. They’re cheesecakes are also quite delicious and their front and manager is an absolute sweetheart. I highly recommend this place if you’re stopping by in Litchfield or Torrington, Connecticut, since both of those towns are close by.
