点评：First of all, this is an evening affair. If you want fast food, go somewhere else. From the moment we walked in the door, it felt like we were regulars. Rebecca has a passion for her restaurant. You can tell she enjoys what she does. She hand squeezes the juices for the cocktails, has a great selection of liquors. Makes a great Vesper martini. Swears by her margaritas. (going back for that on our next trip) We were all asked about food allergies before pleasantly surprised with a large ravioli with an egg yolk and creamy sauce topped with shaved white truffles from Alba. Sooo good. After that we were presented the menus. I must say there are plenty of choices and we had questions on the dishes. The way Rebecca explained each dish was mouth watering. We had the whipped egg topped with caviar served in the shell. "amazing" The beet salad was paired with goat cheese and ginger and a light dressing. I had the Steak Frites. Simple but cooked to perfection and mouth watering. My wife had the Dover Sole ( best ever)
For desert we were surprised with chocolate soufflé, pumpkin creme brûlée, pear tart and baked alaska. I could go on and on. Plan on spending 3+ hours on a culinary journey, otherwise don't go if you want a fast dinner. This is an experience. We felt like we were invited to a house party. Pleasant conversation, food and drink.
