点评:An unfortunate let down. Showed up at 6pm, among first there. Maybe 4 other people. We were party of 9 for my Father's birthday - he chose the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the manager was there to greet us. Placed orders. Appetizers out piecemeal starting at 6:55, a little slow but that's okay.
Main course: 6 of us got them at 7:40, two of us got theirs at 7:55 and my Father got his at 8:10, a simple rib-eye and baked potato. Oh yeah, they forgot the potato. Had to tell them to get. When we complained to manager, we were told they were slammed with 10 Uber Eats orders. Okay, but we were guests in the restaurant. These were not complicated requests. Who is managing the kitchen? They obviously have no expediter or quality control. We should have been done by 7:30! But he gave us free slice of a very nice coconut custard cake as apology.
We left a restaurant in Greenwich at 8:35 and there were only 4 tables occupied. That sums it up. Wait staff was totally attentive; kudos to them. Food was fine to good. Kitchen was obviously totally mismanaged. Left a 20% tip for wait staff but not kitchen as we didn't want to stiff them for kitchen being a mess.
Unless they drastically improve kitchen operations this well known location will be under new management quick. Good news; you can always get a table. Bad news; plan on being there a while.
