点评：Ordered takeout online ahead of time. Received rather broad 15 minute time when it would be ready. Arrived 10 minutes through the 15 minute window. Waited another 13 minutes for our order to be ready. The online order management person got into an argument with the guy making pizzas partly because our last item of the order was initiated outside/after the windown. The two gentlemen continued arguing for 8-10 minutes including such topics "what if I showed up early, would you pay me for that" when the online order manager was challenged for arriving late. It was bad enough that the food was late and I was ignored for the most part, but the argument of the staff right in front of me made for a very bad experience. It apeared that the online order manager really did not want to be at work. He never once asked me a question or apologized for being late his sole focus was on winning the argument.
Incidentally, the last item prepared was the easiest item as it was a salad.
Food was good though the pizza was a little cold due to the delay caused by the salad not being prepared until AFTER the ready window.
