点评：We went on Sunday for lunch and sat in the bar. The bar area had not been cleaned and had dirty plates and cups from prior patrons. We sat down and ordered drinks. There were only 12 people including us in the bar area. We were told they were out of fried mozz and had one triangle left so we would not be charged for a full order of fried mozz. We ordered calamari instead. We were charged full price fried mozz of $10.95 for one triangle after being told we wouldn’t be charged! The calamari was the worst I’ve ever had. Instead of a nice golden color it was a burnt brown color from old and dirty oil. It was cooked way too long. We tried eating it as we were starving but couldn’t eat more than a few pieces. The panini and fries were served cold. The chicken florentine was too oily. We had to ask for bread! Bread is the best part of first and last. No refills offered on the soda. This was the worst experience ever at a first and last. Not sure if it was the bar tender and kitchen having issues. There was another server a owing blond woman who we saw running around and working very hard but our server did not seem to care. We will be back to first and last but not return to Glastonbury.
