点评：The Barcelona Wine Bar is an incredible find attached to the odd but reliable cyber-motel Hi Ho. We visit Fairfield a couple of times a year to see my mother and always stay at the Hi Ho, and it is a treat to be able to find downtown tapas and cocktails in the outskirts of Fairfield. All the small plates are outstanding, though I highly recommend the eggplant caponata, boquerones (white anchovies), and crispy brussels sprouts. Seriously, I know you have had good brussels sprouts, but these are like eating a steak. The menu doesn't change much and the wine list is not huge, but for once or twice a year I am fine with it. What really sells this place, though, is the service. They are always incredibly warm and accommodating of my mother (who is getting up there and can be a little high maintenance) and our whole group. Please check it out, and whatever you do, get those brussels sprouts.
