点评：Last season I would religiously get an ice cream cone every weekend. Due to frequent visits as soon as I entered the shop the young girl would simply fill a waffle cone deep into its well with an extra 1/2 scoop on top of the already huge, tasty treat. Over the months we would take a moment to have a fun chat, short lived so that the chocolate wouldn't drip everywhere. It was a friendly atmosphere. Sweet P's opened this season in the midst of Lent where and when many customers abstain from certain items of indulgence or in part because of dietary restrictions. Since I was adhering the above-mentioned reasons, I was severely frowned upon to just go in to say a friendly hello. To my dismay wherein an embarrassing manor I was informed I was no longer welcome within its doors. Their idea of this occurrence was that I was annoying the employees, and they felt uncomfortable by me not ordering a cone but just stopping by to give a cordial hello, how are you doing this year. Oh well, even though Easter has passed no big loss since there are other places to get a tasty treat. However, do remember to go in with the intention of ordering something and say nothing other than "Hello, please, I would like...thank you." and don't forget a tip for the scoop gals. James M.
