The George Restaurant & Pub的点评
点评：The George was recommend to us by family members.
We went there twice in two days. We were there both times at 5 PM when they opened. This is happy hour from 5 until 8. We ate at the bar. Heath was the bartender. Great personality and knows his stuff. He explained everything to us about the menu items and the specials. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the duck dinner along with wine and beer. Wow!! the food was great and the portions were generous. The second night, at the same time, Keagan (woman) was the bartender. Very pleasant and professional with a very nice personality. I had the George burger and my wife had the sirloin steak with mushroom gravy. The burger was made just perfect and my wife's steak was great, again we had wine and beer. The restaurant is on a lower level and there is no natural light, unless there is an outside patio that I did not see. Yes, this may have been a locals bar, but you can't prove it by me. We would definitely go again.
