点评：THIS PLACE DOES NOT GET IT! They do not comprehend food sanitation at all.
We witnessed the front counter person wearing gloves while, taking orders and payments, handing out dirty buzzers (which customers hold and carry around), cleaning the counter, cleaning equipment, and then...MAKING FOOD with the same dirty latex gloves! This place is consistently spreading germs (and probably cleaning chemicals). DISGUSTING!
Needless to say, with the exception of one person in our group, everybody ordered food from to other restaurants at Pacific Fair. The one who did take the risk and order anyway was not impressed with the food. The sandwich slid apart and ended being a $16 pile of mayonnaise and meat and shredded ice berg lettuce on a piece of wax paper on a metal plate so he ended up picking up his meal in a pile with his bare hands (while the wax paper was sticking to each finger full of food).
