点评：Our dining experience at Stark's was perfect from start to finish. Upon arriving at Viewline, there were 2 friendly doormen/valet outside on the drive who greeted us, opened the car doors and assisted my elderly relatives into the lobby/elevator to Stark's. Our server, Nicola, was absolutely lovely and accommodating. She was knowledgeable about everything on the menu and was upbeat with a beautiful smile the entire evening. The restaurant manager, Vlad, was also incredibly charming -stopping by our table to welcome us and again later to ask how everything was going. The roasted red pepper soup was delicious, and my uncle was blown away by the Summer Greens salad (with goat cheese, balsamic strawberries, etc.) enhanced with shrimp, which he has not stopped gushing about (It was the best salad he's ever had!) -and I think will have been the highlight of his visit! (-he's from Austin, Texas) The juicy New York strip steak was cooked perfectly, and the Wagyu beef burger with smoked blue cheese and caramelized onions was HEAVENLY. We will definitely be back!
