Limelight Hotel的点评
点评：This isn't a 5 star hotel so I don't expect that, but this seemed more in line with a Hampton inn than a Limelight.
Our check in experience was really rushed and the staff member seemed stressed. The room carpet was worn and needs replacement. Mattress enclosure was ripped and the sheets have seen better days. The breakfast included was nice but also low quality food. Coffee was good though, and the employees working the breakfast area were prompt and friendly.
Pool was nice. Overall the reception and front desk were not very helpful or friendly however. I called to ask for housekeeping to please come since we missed them and the lady sternly told me she couldn't guarantee they would come immediately..... I never asked for them to come immediately, just that they come back since they had texted me saying I could request this service.
Overall I'm trying the Viceroy next time we come to snowmass. Not impressed with Limelight.
