I called the restaurant asked to speak to a supervisor thinking that we could get the missing sides, only because we were just behind and walking distance from the restaurant (at a brewery), to my surprise I actually got the "owner" and the phone, explained that we were missing some sides and his response was... "sorry, we're only humans, and can make mistakes, you can come and pick up the missing sides" his tone was very rude and I don't care attitude. Wow, what happened to customerservice??!!! PEOPLE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE, they don't deserve your business!!!
By the way, DoorDash made it right for us at the end and refunded our $$ for the missing sides.
