点评：My husband and I joined some friends in downtown Grand Junction for the evening and decided to meet up at Pablo’s Pizza for dinner. We had a DELICIOUS meal!
Three of us ordered Panthers at the Circus, which had an amazing combination of flavors: roasted garlic, walnut and goat cheese pesto, mozzarella, marinated chicken, tender artichokes, red onions, fresh red peppers and parmesan cheese. My husband ordered the Italian Stallion pizza (mozzarella, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, Italian seasoning, parmesan, and our seasoned ricotta), and we each had a side salad with our pies. Everything was absolutely YUMMY! I also had a “Dirty Hippy” dark wheat beer by Palisade Brewing Company, which was quite tasty and paired well with my meal.
Pablo’s is warm and inviting, with long wooden tables and local art on the walls. The order counter is waist-high and gives way directly to the pizza kitchen, so you can watch them throwing the dough as your pies are being made. The staff is friendly and helpful and can answer any question you have about the menu.
We definitely enjoyed our time at Pablo’s and will be back!
