点评：Never in my life have I had an experience like I did today. I placed an order at Saigon landing using their website. I arrived at the time I was instructed to arrive via the text message from the resturant telling me it would be ready. The man who I presume is the owner began yelling at me that they didn't have any take-out orders rude and arrogantly. I walked out to my car to remove myself from the situation and pulled up my credit card statement on my phone showing the charge. I walked back in, to show him I had been charged and ask for a refund. He then screamed at me that I went out to place the order from my car and that I lied pointing out the time stamp on his receipt that said 12:51. I showed him the time stamp on my receipt which shows 12:21 was when I ordered it and the man continued yelling at me saying 12:51 and pointing at his receipt. He also refused to refund my purchase when I asked him to cancel because, obviously, they have an issue on their side with their online orders, and i don't have time to wait around for the food to be cooked. I'll take it up with my credit card company however I am astonished at the rudeness and arrogance of this man and this place.
