点评：Wow! What a disappointment! Jing has been our go-to place for special occasions for many years, but last night will be our last time ever!
We went for Mother's Day.
First, it is the only restaurant that we have been to that forces you to leave a credit card when you make a reservation. But, we knew we were going to show up, so we did it.
Then, we requested a white booth, and there wasn't one available, but ok--we could live with that.
The service was good...not impeccable, but good.
The food though---not so much. The menu has changed, not nearly as many options as there used to be and no kids menu!
The shrimp pad thai had very few shrimp. It was almost all noodles.
The mongolian beef had very little beef, it was almost all onions.
The other dishes were ok--but just ok. Not the quality we were used to.
I get it that prices have gone up everywhere, so the increase in price on the menu wasn't such a big surprise, but if they were going to increase price, they should have at least kept the quality up!!
Then the bill arrived with a 20% tip on it! We would have tipped that anyway, but if the service had been poor, we wouldn't have. More importantly, there was no indication anywhere that they were going to do that! They NEVER did it before. I think that they had an obligation to warn someone before sticking a $50 tip on the check!!!
Never again!!!! Jing just lost some customers!!
