点评：Absolutely delicious food, outstanding service, great atmosphere! Do not hesitate to go. I beg you. Near the Central Market. Showed up on a Sat evening without reservations around 5-ish and they were grateful to squeeze us in at the 'chef's table' which is what they call the counter in the back overlooking the kitchen. (This was a great experience.) Server took the time out of his busy evening to go over the menu which was appreciated. Awesome guy. Everything we ate and I mean everything was solid. very very good. There are 3 latin folks in the back and at the end I bowed down before them. So good. I can't believe these 3 are pumping so much great food out of this small kitchen. Man, that was good. Chickpea croquettes? Si. Pulled pork? Si. How about the brisket which is tough to pull off without it being dry? Si. Moist brisket. Fried chicken? Boom. Mashed potatoes with goat cheese? Boom. Pan of vegetables? Oh this probably won't be that great....amazing....I couldn't stop eating the freaking vegetables. Lamb? soft and tender. You will not be disappointed.
