点评:Good God this place is great! An amazing restaurant from the team that did Create Cooking School (in the Stanley Marketplace), and Lucina (in Park Hill). With an really cool decor and vibe + crazy cocktails, wine and some of the best new dishes in Denver.
This is our second time there, and everything has been amazing, and most importantly, unique! The fresh tortillas served to start were work and a great balance of earthy and delicate. The star of the show (for me) was the Taco de Pato (Salty, Crispy Duck on a tortilla with a beautiful sweet potato puree). I could eat a dozen of these.
We got almost half of the menu including the Taco de Pescado (Fish taco with charred Pineapple), Ceviche, Oysters, Carne Apache (Beef Tartare), Castacan (porchetta style roasted pork), and the tastiest Carne Asada (Steak with spicy salsa). The drinks that were recommended were perfectly paired to the dishes. I love tequila and mezcal, and these have the goods!
If you are visting (or live in) Denver, check this uptown spot out. The staff rocked from the servers to the bartenders. When you go, try the desserts, especially dish with the diced aloe...... wow!
