点评:If you've ever flown into Denver and just needed a quick overnight stay, you know the airport is in the middle of nowhere. Five miles away, on the far northeast fringe of town is a cluster of small hotels and inns, and fortunately for hungry travelers, Pho 92 decided to make a presence here.
Pho 92 (the year the owners immigrated to the US) is a fusion noodle house with some Thai and Chinese, curry, teriyaki, and vegetarian dishes. But the star of the show of course is the tasty Vietnamese Pho soup, (and Bánh Mì sandwiches). If you're just getting your feet wet with homestyle Asian cuisine, make sure to note the ingredients carefully before ordering, as you may not be ready for tripe (cow stomach lining), tendon (chewy connective tissue) or squid floating in your soup. This place is authentic, but there are choices for tamer palates--the gentleman next to us was enthusiastically enjoying his beef meatball pho soup.
The "small" bowl is really quite large, can't imagine who could down a "large" bowl in one sitting. Service is efficient and friendly. Busy place for a Monday night with snow piled up outside, but no wait since we sat at the counter. Prices reasonable for filling up on a hot dish that hits the spot, especially in the winter.
