点评：Good food and amazing beer. Service is not great unless you sit at the upstairs bar where the biertenders are amazing.
My wife sat outside and got a pretzel and a nonalcoholic pilsner while I rode a rental bike back to our hotel to get my wallet that I had forgotten. When I got back she told me how rude and completely uninterested in answering her questions the server was. In case the owners see this, it was on Saturday May 18th at noon so whoever was working the outside downstairs seats absolutely sucks and doesn't need to work where he deals with the public.
Her tab was paid, so we went upstairs to the bar where I have never had any issue with the service. Emily was working the bar and she is one of the best biertenders I have encountered in all my brewery visits over the years.
The food is good, but the beer is absolutely amazing! I travel to Denver an average of 4 times a year and always make a point of going to Bierstadt for my Slow Pour Pils. It's worth the wait. The Dunkel was the best I've had.
Make sure to check out the mystery box vending machine downstairs.
