点评：It has been many years since I have been to a Benihana...wow things have changed and not for the better! The lobby is dingy and has some sort of temporary ventilation system in place and another one in the back of the restaurant. I won't need to return. I wanted a reservation for Saturday, but they were booked, so I took the only one left for Friday evening at 5:30. After going, I am shocked that they are this busy. It must be a lot of first and only time visitors. The menu is a QR code that is very hard to read on your phone. Our waiter brought us a paper menu. There are ZERO prices on either menu. Party of 6 and we all oredered one drink and the 5 course meal. The waiter said the 5 courses included appetizer, soup, salad, entree and green tea. The appetizer was 2 shrimps each, the soup was a broth, the salad was a tiny cup of iceberg lettuce with a bit of mayo something on top, everyone had an entree of chicken or steak and the green tea never came. Half our group ordered chicken fried rice and half steamed rice. The chicken friend rice was prepared at the table. The steamed rice was to be brought by the waiter. We asked for the steamed rice 3 times and had most of our meat eaten before it ever arrived. The show was good and our chef was entertaining and engaging. It did not make up for the rest of the experience. We asked for one green tea to go after the meal since none of us received one during the meal. It never came and we eventually gave up waiting and left. The portions are tiny and my 22 year old son was starving and several in our group were still hungry, so we left and went for ice cream. I excpect more from a meal that cost $50 per person before the tip.
