点评：3 of us arrived and sat at a table. We didn't bother with the show. We ordered appetizers (sushi and tempura shrimp) and our hibachi meals. The waiter disappeared. Someone else brought out our meals and the waiter then reappeared. We asked where the appetizers were. He informed us that sushi takes a long time to prepare (like it's the first time we've ordered sushi). 1 of the 3 meals was wrong and included shrimp instead of scallops. Instead of leaving the meal, the whole meal was taken back into the kitchen. The 2nd meal was lukewarm at best. The tempura shrimp appetizer showed up at that time but NO sushi. 10 minutes later, the scallop meal returned and everything was cold (except the scallops). The sushi finally arrived (we were literally 15 feet from the sushi bar and listened to the girls preparing the sushi talk about everything except how to get sushi to the customers in a timely fashion). We asked for dipping sauces, 10 minutes later, one dish of yum yum sauce arrived. The food was decent but not what I expect from Benihana. This was, hands down, the worst Benihana experience I've ever encountered. The service was the worst part and the food was just so-so but wasn't horrible tasting. If you want hibachi and/or sushi, I would suggest going elsewhere. The waiter never apologized but did offer some lame excuses. Not impressed at all.
