点评：I was staying a few blocks from the restaurant, saw their menu and website online, got excited for REAL Italian food, and ordered dinner via Uber Eats. I ordered their mushroom soup and Chicken Marsala, although many items looked fantastic.
The food arrived hot, but without any utensils, although it was clear from the order tag it was going to a hotel room. I ate my meal with chopsticks I carry for such emergencies.
However, the real disappointment was the chicken in the Marsala. I am used to Chicken Marsala that is tender and is brushed in flour. The chicken was tough and had not been flattened and tenderized, but instead roughly cut to the right thickness. Tough chicken was not the biggest issue. It was the level of saltiness. It was almost to salty to eat. The sauce was ok, but not great; but it was hard to evaluate while eating with chopsticks. I ordered broccolini as a side. I only ate the florets of the first piece, because the stem was too tough to eat. I stopped eating the broccolini after the second piece because the taste of salt exploded in my mouth. Considering it is their primary vegetable, you would think they would have the execution down.
The mushroom soup was only ok. I would not order it again, even if I was craving mushroom soup.
Their website looks fantastic. I wish the food tasted as good as the pictures looked. After I received my food, I figured out it was a multiple location restaurant. The menu and website was conceived well, but the execution is lacking; possibly due to a lack of hands on oversight and training. The other locations might be better.
After wasting money and calorie intake, I kick myself for not looking up and reading reviews prior to ordering.
