点评：We have eaten here about 8 times since they opened. Since they had recently opened we were forgiving - slow service & their app. We were told they would have wi-fi soon so the app would work in the restaurant. Several months later not much has changed for the better. No wi-fi, but your points are used from within the app, as well as specials received in email. We ordered a cheeseburger & cobb salad.
The fries with the burger were cold. The salad was delivered TEN MINUTES after the burger (nothing had to be cooked). And there were no eggs on the salad. Waiter inquired & was told they were out of eggs (at noon). No offer to compensate for lack of items. Two weeks prior I couldn't even order a salad of any kind because they were out if lettuce. So no lettuce for the burgers either - also at noon. Poor management. The food once received is good - but bad management.
Often they are short handed, so service is slow - we see employees standing around.
We like the food but the service & consistency is bad. We will be going to a different location, even though this one is more convenient to our home. Too bad. We had great hopes for this one.
