点评：Ooka Sushi has been our favorite Asian restaurant ever since it's inception in Broomfield. We have eaten there often, had their take out several times, and consistently recommended it to friends and family. It was always top quality asian food, with a nice variety. Last evening we had a special guest, and decided to order takeout as a special treat. We had several sushi rolls, appetizers, and coconut soup. Our bill came to $150 including tip. Our dinner was a major disappointment. The sushi was bland, with 6 rolls tightly packed double layers in small containers, the fish looked and tasted old, the spring rolls contained some filler that looked like mashed potatoes, the soup was weak; there were only two tiny portions of wasabi, no fortune cookies or sweet mustard. Only the coconut shrimp was decent. We even threw out some of the sushi, which we never have done before. When I spoke to the "manager" the next day, explaining everything, he wouldn't look me in the eye, but kept staring at the bill, and made only two comments: regarding the spring rolls, "we don't make them here any more, we buy them", and at the end, "I'm sorry". No more explanation, and no offer of compensation (though I wasn't looking for that).
