点评：This is so sad, but we had a terrible experience. We travel to Boulder twice a year for a few weeks each time. For many years, we would come here every single day for our breakfast/lunch/brunch. We used to love it that much. We would be on holiday and not counting calories. Of course, visiting so often would men that every once in a while something would go a little wrong, but that's ok because we have reasonable expectations. On our last trip , the food and service were so bad we will never be visiting again. There were 3 empty booths along the wall when we arrived. The woman seating us directed us to the booth just behind the reception desk and were people were waiting. We asked if we could sit on one further down the wall and if they weren't 'reserved'. She said they weren't reserved but was 'not sure they'd been cleaned and ready'. They were - I could see, my boyfriend could see. But she didn't even bother shifting her line of sight to see. Before we could respond she walked off. Then the food came, after a long wait. Cold and with the palest eggs I have ever encountered - tasteless and bland. We had French toast after our savoury dishes, and I could have sworn they hadn't been dipped in anything before cooking. They were that dry and chewy. We were told 'that's how they come'. The sauce was barely enough to cover a quarter of one piece out of four. The whole experience we encountered together brought us to the conclusion that the place we once loved had changed completely. It is not the same restaurant anymore. And so we will be finding another spot for our regular and frequent visits.
