点评:Our family is 3rd generation BC. We have been going for more than 30 years. The resort experience and management this year was appalling.
We tried to arrange an adaptive instructor for our blind friend weeks before arriving and were told to wait until we got there. My friend was then told in person, having rented equipment etc that the “adaptive program is having issues” and was told to “come back tomorrow” because we don’t have an instructor available, and “we don’t call you to LYK if one becomes available.”My friend didn’t get to ski with an adaptive instructor and will likely never ski again.
My husband was then hit on the head and knocked off his feet by a ski instructor who asked if he was okay, then skied off without initiating concussion protocol or calling ski patrol.
Trying to get anyone at BC to care enough about these serious issues has been a nightmare, ending with the pitbull from Health and Safety whom they set on us to intimidate us to stop trying to get someone at BC to care.
BC used to pride itself on its exceptional ski school experience and joyful, kind customer service. Well not anymore. You will have a great time just as long as you don’t have a disabled person in your party or nothing goes wrong that requires the management to actually care about you and your experience during your stay.
