Gamba Vineyards and Winery的点评
点评：We visited the Gamba Winery as part of a tour. It was hands down the best wine tasting my husband and I have ever done - and we've done a few around the world.
It was harvest time and we began by being invited to go through the vineyards and we're even allowed to pick and taste the grapes (so sweet and delicious). Then we went to see where the grapes were stacked and drying, followed by the barrels.
Next onto the tasting room to try 4 types of their red wine. Each one delicious and the best red wine in Italy (my opinion). Generous portions of and we could help ourselves, and some traditional snacks were laid out for us. We could take our drinks to the terrace overlooking the vines!
The family who own the vineyard took the tour and we're so hospitable and lovely.
A truly wonderful afternoon and a heartfelt thank you to the owners and staff
