点评:The hotel is very nice, especially the front desk. Staff who were all wonderful. I would especially like to thank Hailey, Ana and Linda for their kindness and for helping me with my dog’s food, which had to be placed in the staff refrigerator and freezer, and I needed to come down every day to either get it out or put it back in the refrigerator. And when I came down for breakfast in the morning, Ana would kindly hold my dog leash while I got my breakfast and could bring it out to the table in the front of the lobby. The bed, shower and room were all very comfortable. My only two complaints about the hotel are. (1) the room refrigerator apparently doesn’t keep cold enough to store food, as it has a button to press to keep it called for two hours, but then apparently it reverts to a less cold setting, so I was not comfortable, leaving my dog food in there for fear it could make her sick. I understand the hotel wanting to conserve energy and save money, but there should be a proper refrigerator that maintains a safe cold temperature consistently 24 hours per day when a guest is present. (2) my only other complaint is that to be a truly dog, friendly hotel, you really need to have at least a small area with grass for dogs to do their business. Having only bark in the planters is not sufficient and is uncomfortable for a dog to walk on, especially a small dog like mine, and it was very hard to get her to go potty. I had to walk over to Ashley‘s furniture to find grass.
