Don’t get me wrong, the food doesn’t taste half-bad for the price point given the establishment is conveniently located in a strip mall.
THAT SAID…. I’ve never received/witnessed more appalling service. I’m not sure if there was a change in management or what, but I WILL NEVER support this business again, nor will I recommend it to friends, or colleagues visiting from out of town!! I am disgusted!!
I called in a simple order this evening and drove to pick it up. I waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. That doesn’t bother me…
The part that absolutely disgusted me and the CS antics I find incomprehensible are those of the waiter handling the to-go orders.
There was another patron waiting for his food and he was told “5 more minutes”. While waiting, he took a seat at one of the 9 entirely-vacant tables. The absolutely rude employee of Little Madfish (wearing a Raider’s hat) subsequently told the patron to move to the booth (as to not obstruct the walkway given his size). I didn’t know what to do at the time, but upon reflection should have walked out on my order then and there!
Mortifying! To belittle and humiliate a human being based on size is beyond me… let alone a PATRON (literally supporting your business)!
I will never support this establishment again based on the degradation and dismal customer services and lack of respect witness
