点评：Unassuming strip mall spot in the South Bay with delicious omakase. Came here for my sister’s birthday and called ahead to make a reservation (no online reservation system). There’s a small parking lot in the front. There’s a few tables and bar seating - the restaurant is pretty cozy. Credit cards are accepted. You have the option to order a La carte, but the omakase is well done and you get a good variety. They also do ask you whether you have any allergies so they can accommodate.
They do serve alcohol. The hot green tea was good and they do give free refills. My favorite pieces were the salmon and a roll with a fish from Japan (skipjack?). The salmon roe on rice was surprisingly delicious (I was a bit apprehensive at first). My family also really liked the fish with uni and the scallops. They give you a choice of miso soup with shrimp or a fried shrimp head for one of the pieces. At the end of the meal, they give you a small scoop of black sesame ice cream. There was only one waitress so things moved a bit slowly, but she did her best and was super nice.
