点评:Today I experienced the absolute worst service i’ve ever experienced at the Cheesecake Factory in Redondo Beach. When we first arrived, the bread was brought out with two side plates that were dirty. From there it was downhill it took over 3540 minutes to order. We asked for the manager, Jerry Cruz, who took our order, but with an attitude. We asked for both entrees to be split because my husband and I wanted to share two different dishes. Jerry told me the kitchen was unable to split the food onto two plates. I explained to him this has never been a problem before so can he please let the kitchen know we want it split. Thirty minutes later both entrees came out without being split. The server, Katelyn, brought 3 extra plates for us to split it ourselves. Sitting at the high bar table made the splitting process cumbersome and messy. When Jerry saw we received our food, he stopped by to ask if everything was OK. I explained to him it was not. He went onto argue with me for 3 to 5 minutes about how he did his job. When he walked away, he never came back to check on us. To add insult to injury, both Katelyn and Jerrie passed by several times and left all the dirty dishes on the table for us to eat and talk over.
