点评：Cinders in Redding is a little pizza place with a nice exterior and a super clean interior. You can eat there, have take away or get it delivered. The place is super cute.
The service is very nice and friendly. The pizza is pretty good, but for the price it should be great. They have what they need, a real wood burning pizza oven.
The prices may look great, but know they only have single pizzas, one for each person and their salads are lacking. But overall, we were very pleased with the service and the pizza.
We had the bacon and brie which comes with garlic extra virgin olive oil, brie cheese, bacon, kalamata olives, roasted garlic cloves, black pepper and balsamic glaze. We also enjoyed their pizza with truffles, which comes with garlic alfredo sauce, fresh mozzarella, black truffle oil-tossed mushrooms, roasted garlic, green onion, black pepper and not close to enough parmesan cheese. But it was good.
Their salads are pretty good, not great. We had the House Salad and a Cesar's. The House Salad was our favorite.
Have a great time in Redding.
