点评：If you are looking for a great place to eat that is unique, but at the same time, familiar - then stop at Blast and Brew. First off the service is exceptional for a local "pizza and beer" hangout. Kassie- our waitress was very, very good. She took excellent care of us with food allergies and even brought our dog a treat. Yes - dogs are allowed in the establishment - and are revered! The food was quite good. The salad with chicken and artichoke hearts was fairly standard. The "build your own pizza" special was very fun! PLUS you can sample beers and wines all day with their "pour your own" feature. It is a pay-as-you-drink set-up and this is both an excellent marketing strategy and a great way to get people to sample drinks that they may not have ordered if not given a fun way to "sample". All in all - this is a great place! Don't skip it if in Paso Robles.
