Having prebooked a table at Giuseppe pizzeria 6 weeks ago for 8.30pm. Have been extremely disappointed with the service tonight. The meal was rushed, waitress was extremely rude and desserts where served before all guests had finished eating. When I challenged the poor service, this was deflected by saying the management had made the decision to collect plates whilst eating and serve dessert whilst guests where still eating mains. The Waitress then referred to me as 'she' whilst discussing a problem with the Bill. When I requested not to be referred to as she, I was rudely spoken to again saying I'm talking to my manager. I have never been spoken to in this manner in any descent establishment. We had only just arrived in palm.springs and booked Giuseppe restaurant for the reviews and the location. The whole evening has been rather upsetting, do not expect to be treated with disrespect, a paying customer who without, Giuseppes wouldn't have a business. Would not recommend and certainly won't be returning.
